January 31st, 2022 is approaching soon and after this date the eMDs Legacy Patient Portal will no longer be available for our customers and their patients. If you have not yet planned your upgrade to the new eMDs Patient Portal powered by Updox, please take action to do so before the January 31st, 2022.
To begin the implementation process of the new Patient Portal powered by Updox, please submit a ticket on the eMDs Support Center with the Subject Line: “Request for Portal upgrade to Updox”. You will then be provided the paperwork to begin this transition.
